Annual auditions are held each August for the Youth Ballet. Company members have weekly rehearsals in addition to their required classes. Company involvement and fees are a commitment for the entire school year and requires regular attendance.

The 2008-09 season, the Youth Ballet's opportunities to perform include:

• October 19, 2008 - Firebird Suite & Coppelia with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic @ Pikes Peak Center.
• December 20-21, 2008 - A Nutcracker Ballet and Holiday Tea @ Rampart High School Theatre.
• January 25, 2009 - A Midsummer Night's Dream with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic @ Pikes Peak Center.
• Spring 2009 - Coppelia featuring Colorado's Classical Youth Ballet and Ballet Society of Colorado Springs' Pre Professional Division.
